Hard to Miss for UCF

The Scout Combine in Miami featured several D-1 prospects, but one prospect was hard to miss.

Perry Micklejohn, listed at 6'3" 300 lbs. is a hard guy to miss. He is a massive man that was clearly the biggest linemen in attendance. Surprisingly, Micklejohn looked extremely nimble during drills, and his footwork was incredible for a high school guard.

So where do the Knights stand with this big lineman?

"I went there for their junior day and I really enjoyed it," stated Micklejohn. "I really liked coach Key, and I believe they have the best facilities in the state."

These are big words for such a big man, but what is he looking for in a school?

"I want to go to a school that I would go to as a student without football," exclaims Micklejohn. "There is so much more than football, I want to be happy."

So what is time table for a decision.

"I will evaluate everything towards the end of summer and see what offers I have then."

As of now his only offer is UCF but he has already visited Miami, FSU, and UCF, and is likely to earn more offers soon with more showing like the one in Miami on Saturday. He really likes UCF though and was all smiles when talking about UCF. It is clear that the campus life at UCF is to Micklejohn's liking.
