Chippewas Insider has learned that wide receiver Titus Davis of Wheaton (Ill.) Warrenille South High School has verbally committed to Central Michigan University.
A 6-foot-2, 190-pound speedster, Davis was at CMU this weekend for his official visit. He chose the Chippewas over Toledo, where he had visited in December.
Davis becomes the 20th known verbal commitment in CMU's 2011 recruiting class.
