Tory Humphrey, a 6-3, 259-pound tight end, signed with the Indianapolis Colts while James King, a 6-1, 204-pound safety, inked a deal with the Cleveland Browns. Humphrey had eight catches for 137 yards last season for CMU. King recorded 79 tackles for the Chippewas last year and set a team record with 10 blocked kicks in his career.
The signings took place after the NFL draft last weekend where the Cincinnati Bengals drafted Eric Ghiaciuc and Adam Kieft.
