Dan LeFevour of Lisle (Ill.) Benet Academy completed 18-of-30 passes for 238 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for 76 yards and a score in the Chippewas' 34-23 win at Western Michigan on Saturday.
It marked the 18th time in his career that LeFevour passed and rushed for a touchdown in the same game. He moved up two spots to sixth on the NCAA's career total offense yardage list. With 13,646 career yards, he trails Houston's Kevin Kolb by just 69 yards for fifth all-time.
LeFevour earns the conference's weekly honor for the second time this season and ninth time in his career.
The Chippewas improved to 6-1 overall, 4-0 in the MAC with their win at Western Michigan. CMU's six-game winning streak is tied for the sixth-longest active streak in the country.
Central Michigan visits Bowling Green at noon Saturday. The game will be televised on ESPN Plus and ESPN GamePlan.
