Harman, Bitzer Earn All-MAC Honors

MOUNT PLEASANT - Seniors Jordan Bitzer and Robbie Harman earned second-team All-Mid-American Conference honors, the league office announced on Wednesday. It's the first All-MAC honor in each player's career.

Robbie Harman leads the nation in three-pointers per contest and sits 10th in the nation in three-point percentage. He's eighth in the MAC in league scoring, second in steals and 14th in assists.

Jordan Bitzer closed out the season on a tear, averaging 20.0 points and 7.7 boards over his final three regular-season games. He ranked seventh in the MAC in league scoring, second in free throw percentage, third in made threes, sixth in three-point percentage and seventh in steals.

The duo paced the Chippewas to a 15-14 overall mark during the regular season and Central Michigan a ssecond-consecutive West Division title. The Maroon and Gold earned a bye through to the quarterfinals of this week's MAC Tournament and will face No. 7 seed Western Michigan on Thursday at noon, in Cleveland at Quicken Loans Arena.
