Syracuse came into Nippert Stadium and left with another victory over a team that continues to have a Jeckle and Hyde personality.

The Bearcats matched the Orange with five penalties on the day. The difference in yardage was six yards. While mistakes hurt, they were not as bad as the previous week's game.
Just as they had the previous week, Syracuse was able to come away with three turnovers on the day. While the Orange had two, the ones the Bearcats gave away played a huge role in the day's loss.

This did not play as much of a difference as the Bearcats gave the Orange the ball in some great field position during the day. Yes, Syracuse did rush for over 100 yards on the day, but the Bearcats also posted over 100. The difference was the Orange posted two rushing scores.
Force Syracuse to throw.
Ryan Nassib went 16-of-26 for 125 yards and two touchdowns while being sacked four times. Therefore, the Orange were a balanced attack given the ball in great field position.
Keep Orange Out of Red-Zone
The Bearcats allowed the Orange to get in the Red-Zone five times and Syracuse went 100% with four touchdowns and one field goal. The Bearcats went 0-2 in their chances.
