Hometown Starting To Feel Good

For Kyle Williamson the chance to stay in his hometown may help in his college decision. We got the latest from the Cincinnati native.

Kyle Williamson visited several college games this fall and one stop he was able to make multiple times was at Cincinnati. The Bearcats may have moved to the forefront after this past weekend.

"I visited Cincinnati for the Pittsburgh game on Saturday. Coach Mahoney invited me and Coach Coombs has been staying in contact with me every week. I have also been invited down for Junior Day and look forward to going there."

While Kyle is still open as to where he would like to attend college, thoughts of being in his hometown are starting to stick.

"It felt great being able to be in my hometown. I am starting to get the feeling I really like UC."

With football over, Kyle is working hard as he knows spring combines and summer camps could play a factor in his recruitment.

"I've been hitting the weights and have already put on a good 13-pound of weight gain. We are getting ready for the holiday break and I am excited for it to be here."

Cincinnati looks to be in a fight for Williamson as the 6-foot-5, 275-pound offensive lineman from Cincinnati (Ohio) Madeira High School has also seen Notre Dame, Michigan State, and North Carolina State showing interest.
