On team PA will be Bishop McDevitt High School running back Jameel Poteat. The 5-foot-11, 210-pound Poteat will come to UC highly regarded and looks to get into the mix early in his career.
Not to be out done, Ohio's Mr. Football, Akise Teague is scheduled to play for team Ohio and be a key part of the team's success. The 5-foot-9, 178-pound native of Youngstown, Ohio will look to show why many feel college programs from across the country missed out on his talent with a top performance.
Another tie to the game will be Cincinnati Colerain head coach Tom Bolden who is scheduled to be a coach for Team Ohio.
Since 1957, the game described as the "Super Bowl of High School Football" has pitted players from Pennsylvania against those from Maryland, Texas, and now Ohio.
Held at Hershey Park Stadium, the game has seen several alumni go onto greatness in college and in the NFL. In fact, there has been at least one Big 33 alumnus in every Super Bowl played.
The game is set for June 18-th with a 7:00 p.m. kickoff.
