BCI Top 35: 35-31

Coming off a 4-8 season, the Bearcats failed to make a bowl game. We will be taking a look at the players that will boost UC back into a bowl. We start today with players 31-35.

Shaq Washington

BCI 2011 Ranking: #35

Position: Receiver

Experience: True Freshman

Why he made the List: He graduated high school early to enroll at Cincinnati in time for spring practice. A converted quarterback, Washington has impressed coaches with his quickness.

Rob Trigg

BCI 2011 Ranking: #34

Position: Defensive Lineman

Experience: Redshirt Senior

Why he made the List: After sitting out the 2010 season, Trigg will provide depth off the edges. Big things have been expected from Trigg since he stepped on campus. Coach Jones has expressed his desire to go 10 deep along the line, and Trigg's experience could give him an upper hand.

Brad Harrah

BCI 2011 Ranking: #33

Position: Defensive Lineman

Experience: Redshirt Freshman

Why he made the List: Derek Wolfe and John Hughes played a lot of reps last season. Harrah will be asked to spell the duo and provide needed depth in the trenches.

Anthony McClung

BCI 2011 Ranking: #32

Position: Receiver

Experience: Sophomore

Why he made the List: He is the second-leading returning receiver behind D.J. Woods. He appeared in 10 games with two starts. McClung will face plenty of competition for reps, including from former high school teammate Dyjuan Lewis.

Dominique Battle BCI 2011 Ranking: #31

Position: Defensive back

Experience: Redshirt Senior

Why he made the List: Battle played well at times a season ago. If Cincinnati improves its pass defense players like Battle are going to need to improve. As a redshirt senior, we pretty much know what he is going to give us.
