Pace reaffirms Cincinnati commitment

While new offers are coming, Pace will enroll in Cincinnati

Despite the reports of new offers for Alex Pace, the Cleveland Glenville tackle will suit up for the Cincinnati Bearcats come the 2012 season.

"I am fully committed to Cincinnati, and I have told the coaches that," Pace told BearcatInsider Thursday. "Some schools pop up and call me with an offer, but I tell them I am committed to Cincinnati."

Pace mentioned the new staff at Illinois offering a chance to play in the Big Ten, but "there is no wavering at all."

He added that his high school schedule is being adjusted to take English twice this quarter to enable him to enroll in March. It would allow Pace to participate in spring practice.

"I have all my credits," said Pace. "I just need English and Health."
