Tuesday, Brazile showed his stuff at Cincinnati and walked away with an offer.
"Today started with a tour of campus as we just hit the main spots," said Brazile. "Then I got a chance to work out for Coach (Robert) Prunty and he liked what he saw.
"I then went on the rest of my tour before sitting down with Coach (Tyson) Helton. He told me they were offering me a scholarship to their school and then I met with head coach Tommy Tuberville and then with Coach (Art) Kaufman. But it was mainly a visit and a work out today."
The 6-foot-6, 225-pound Brazile already sees some things he likes about the Bearcats program.
"Cincinnati is a nice school and I really like their campus," he said. "It is not far from home and would allow my parents to see me play. I also like the coaching staff and you can see they are having fun. I also like how all the football facilities are right there in one place.
"My father went down with me and he was extremely excited and proud of me earning an offer from there."
While Brazile is excited by the Bearcats offer, he doesn't seem ready to pull the trigger and issues his verbal pledge.
"Right now I'm just planning on sitting back and seeing what happens," said Brazile.
Bearcat Insider will continue to follow Brazile in the coming weeks and months as his recruitment heats up.
