"Glad I'm going to Cincinnati"

Cincinnati quarterback pledge Hayden Moore happy his future is with the Bearcats. Bearcat Insider checks in with the Alabama native.

This season, Hayden Moore has helped his team to a 6-1 start. The Pinson (Ala.) Clay-Chalkville quarterback has played very well since verbally committing to Cincinnati prior to his senior season.

"A lot of weight is off my shoulders, it lets me just play the game now," Moore said. "Coaches are awesome from Coach (Darin) Hinshaw, Coach (Tyson) Helton and Coach (Tommy) Tuberville. I felt a connection when I went to camp and around campus. I felt it was right for me."

With the quarterback position up for grabs in the upcoming season, Moore and the coaching staff look forward to having him in early. "They want me there early; I will be there in January for the spring practice. That starting position is open and I will be there to do my best."

Moore already has scheduled to visit campus again next weekend October 19th. "I'm making another visit for the UConn game."
