ACC Offer for Walder

Trotowood-Madison (Ohio) sophomore Roland Walder has added Pittsburgh to his list of offers. Below the linebacker discusses the Panthers.

Trotwood-Madison (Ohio) linebacker Roland Walder may be just a sophomore, but he is already beginning to pick up offers.

"I got an offer from Pittsburgh," said Walder. "I had been talking to them a little. But it was still a surprise."

"Coach (Joe) Rudolph was the one that offered. He said he liked what he saw from my film and wanted to make sure that I visit them and see how the atmosphere is."

The sophomore is still learning about the Panthers, but says he likes their system.

"I like that they run a great defense. I haven't really met all the coaches, or gotten to see the facility yet, but I will when I go on my visit with my quarterback on June 22nd," he said.

Walder says that adding his second BCS offer is a blessing.

"It feels really good, but I can't settle now," said Walder.

Walder also holds offers from Kentucky and Bowling Green.
