Game Notes
Bond, Witty and Keebler are all expected to return for this game. The game will be televised by the Big Ten Network. Urban Meyer is a graduate of The University of Cincinnati. This is the third in-state rival the Bearcats will play this season and is 2-0 having beat Toledo and Miami (Ohio). These two programs are both among the oldest in major college football with Cincinnati starting the sport in 1885 and Ohio State in 1890. The two teams have met 12 times previously, most recently in 2006 when Mark Dantonio brought the Bearcats to Columbus. The next scheduled meeting between these two teams is set for Ohio Stadium on Sept. 7, 2019.
