Former Cincinnati quarterback Tony Pike is back with his weekly look at the Bearcats football program.

This week, Tony looks back one final time at the Bearcats win over SMU and looks at Friday's AAC battle with USF.

We also hand out some mid-season grades on both sides of the ball.

A former starting quarterback for the University of Cincinnati, Tony Pike led the Bearcats to Big East Championships in 2008 and 2009 and appearances in the 2009 Orange Bowl and 2010 Sugar Bowl. Following his career at UC, Pike was drafted by the Carolina Panthers in the sixth round (#204 overall) of the 2010 NFL Draft. Pike saw his NFL career cut short due to injury (two elbow surgeries) and retired from the game. Today, Pike is general manager of D1 Sports Training (Cincinnati) and runs the Tony Pike QB School providing one-on-one QB training and film study.
