American Athletic Conference pairs men’s basketball teams for 2016-17 and sets dates for tournament

The American Athletic Conference put out Men’s Basketball pairings for 2016-17 and set the date for the AAC tournament on Tuesday.

What I’ve taken from the Tuesday release is that Bearcats won’t have to go to Memphis which is great because UC split with the Tigers last season winning the game at home and losing on the road so I like our chances going 1-0 against them this season. ECU is always a trap game, but only playing them once is no big deal sorry ECU followers it’s the truth now in football that programs name holds more weight.

Also the AAC tournament is from Thursday through Sunday so they if UC wins the AAC tournament they will be playing on Selection Sunday.
