Bearcat Insider: How was your visit and experience coming to the game Thursday night versus Houston?

Henderson: It was great. The crowd was amazing and the atmosphere was outstanding. It was a blackout and the fans were excited.

Bearcat Insider: What coach on the coaching staff have you been in contact with the most?

Henderson: (Co-Defensive Coordinator) Coach (Jeff) Koonz for the most part. We have talked back and forth for a while.

Bearcat Insider: Have they offered you yet?

Henderson: No, not yet.

Bearcat Insider: If the Bearcats were to make you an offer what exactly would it mean to you?

Henderson: It would mean a lot to me. I just think they have a nice campus and I enjoyed being out there with their football team. They are building a great program in Cincinnati.

Bearcat Insider: How is your season going so far with Centerville?

Henderson: Our season is not going the way we expected. We are 1-3 right now. We are looking to get better each week. We still have some time to get better and meet the expectations that we set out at the beginning of the season.

Bearcat Insider: For you personally Jevon in what ways do you want to improve on your game?

Henderson: I really want to improve on my technique overall on the little things. Just looking at the little things and improving overall in that aspect and everything else will take care of itself.

Bearcat Insider: What other schools have shown interest in you?

Henderson: Northwestern and Toledo to name a few. I’m trying to get better so I can have more schools looking at me. Main thing is just to continue to improve and get better each and every day.
