The Bearcats have been hitting the recruiting trail hard looking for top players to call Cincinnati home. Did they find another one this weekend?

Cincinnati is home of several top notch high school football programs. Over the years many Bearcat fans have asked the following questions. Why can't we keep Cincinnati talent at home?

Well it looks like another Cincinnati native wants to be part of what Coach Mark Dantonio is building on the UC campus.

Andre Revels has made a name for himself over the past three seasons at Colerain High School. Being the middle linebacker for the 2004 State Champions allowed Andre and his teammates to achieve their ultimate goal. After getting their team goals, Andre and his teammates put their sights on college and were they would suit up for the 2005 season.

Well Andre has made his choice. After looking at several programs and still having visits with South Carolina and West Virginia, Andre made the call and will become a Bearcat.

I have confirmed this information with Andre's uncle Joe Revels as he was boarding a plane for his home in California. I will be talking with the newest Bearcat very soon.
