We take a snap-shot look at five hoop prospects who have the Bearcats listed as a team they are looking at.

With summer AAU play in full swing the Bearcats are still looking for players in the Class of 2006.  With only one player under wraps, the search will keep going until Coach Huggins and staff find the right players to match their system.  Today we look at each of these players who are considered 4-Star prospects by Scout.com and who expressed interest in being a Bearcat.

The Bearcats are recruiting Ramar Smith hard.  He's expressed the need to play in a up and down style and is interested in having a top coach.  Smith does hold an offer, but is also seeing interest from others in the Big East.  The Bearcats along with Arkansas, Michigan and Michigan State have offered and Connecticut has been taking some hard looks.

If the Bearcats can't land Smith, JaJuan Jones would be a great one to get.  The former Ohio native already knows about Bearcat basketball and Coach Huggins style of play. In fact, when he was at Sidney High School many thought he was on track to become a Bearcat.  Great athlete who could find a home on the court or football field.  There was talk of Jones heading back to Ohio, but our sources have told us he's staying in the Peach State to finish.  Is getting strong interest from ACC schools Georgia Tech and North Carolina State.  Jones is a high-major prospect who would be a great fit for the Bearcats.

What's not to like about Stanley Robinson?  He's got lots of skill for a 6-foot-9 player.  While he's considered a top player, offers have not been in the cards just yet...  At this time Robinson is saying all the right things and has interest from the Bearcats and several SEC programs.

Holds offers from Mississippi State, LSU and Arkansas at this time.  In his last interview he said the Bearcats are in the mix, but so are Kentucky, Arizona, Florida and Miami (Fla).  Verice Cloyd can play the 1 or 2 spot.

Dwayne Collins has been staying low on the radar screen this summer.  The Bearcats were looking to be in good position for him until the Coach Huggins saga started.  A player with much needed size and athletic ability, Collins would be a great fit for the Bearcats.

This is just a quick look at five of the players who have expressed interest in the Bearcats.
