Cleveland Shaw Duo camp at Pitt

Chris Hayes (6'1", 202, 4.39) wide receiver from Cleveland Shaw (Ohio). Check in with Scout.com to let us know where he stands with his recruitment.

"I have no offers, and I have been to camp at Pittsburgh, and will camp at Michigan State (7-13)."

Hayes lists Pittsburgh, Akron, Michigan State, Ohio State, and West Virginia as his schools of interest.

Hayes reports that education and class size will be major factors in choosing a school. He also had a few comments for his favorite schools;

Pittsburgh – "Coaches are really great, they showed me a lot at camp, and I came away with several new techniques."

Michigan State - "I like the fact they are close to home and I also like the location, East Lansing is a great city."

Ohio State – "It's close to home, and I have been watching them since I was little, it would be great to be able to play there."

Hayes also runs track; running times of 10.6 (100) and 21.8 (200) this spring.

Hayes will wait till signing day to decide, as he will have to make a decision between Football and Track, he hopes to do both at the next level.

Hayes teammate also attended camp as well.

DeAndre Campbell (5'10", 170, 4.47) the defensive back from Cleveland Shaw (Ohio) had a good showing at the Pittsburgh camp last week. Thus far Pitt, has been the only camp this summer for Campbell.

"As of now I have no offers, but I think Pitt may be offering soon." "I got a good vibe from them."

Campbell lists his schools of interest as Pittsburgh, Penn State, and Toledo. With Pittsburgh as his favorite, the Ohio defensive back had this to say about his favorites.

Pittsburgh – "I love the coaches and the environment along with the way they teach." "The coaching staff works with you, they want you to get better, I learned a lot."

Penn State – "They are a good school, with top academics." "I want to learn more about them."

Toledo - "They win every year."

Campbell also runs track, competing in the 4x100, 4x200, 300 Hurdles, and 100 Hurdles. With his best times being 38.7 (300 H) and 14.3 (110 H).

Campbell also reports; 2 INT, 8 Pass Breakups, 1 TD on a returned fumble as his 2004 stats.
