Bearcat Recruit Brandon Miller Video Interview

Be being the first verbal in the Class of 2006 Brandon Miller helps keep a trend going as Queen City natives stay home to play for the Bearcats.

One of the main goals of Coach Dantonio and his staff is to keep local homegrown talent in the Queen City. Last years recruiting class proved the commitment held by the staff and the first commitment for the Class of 2006 followed suite.

Brandon Miller has all the tools you look for in a big time safety. Size (6-2) and speed (4.5) allow Miller to do the one thing he loves to do on the field, "Bring the Wood" as the Withrow High School standout would say.

While Miller wasn't able to perform during the Bearcats summer camps, the staff made an offer and it was the only one needed by Miller. While Bearcats fans would love to watch the talented Miller this fall, he will not be able to play due to his age. Under OHSAA rules a player can't turn 19 before a certain date. Miller misses that date by a few days since he was a late starter in school.

Bearcat Insider caught up with Brandon at a recent Bearcats preseason practice and captured his thoughts on video.
