Here are some photos from the Crosstown.

Devan Downey looked around and knew his team could win the battle against it's biggest rival.  As Devan told the media,  "To be honest, I have played in tiny little high school gyms that were more hostile than this. It was loud, but I've played in front of loud crowds before."

James White plays with the Xavier crowd before the game.  While the X fans enjoyed some smack talk with the Bearcat senior, White looked like he knew the Bearcats were ready to play and win over the X-Men.

Eric Hicks spent much of the first half in the air knocking away Xavier shots.

Football player turned basketball player Connor Barwin works hard against Xavier down low.

The Bearcats cheerleaders did a great job of keeping the few Bearcats in the Cintas backing the Cats!

While Cedric is known for his work down low, this shot from the outside was huge against Xavier for the Bearcats to have a chance.

Even the Bearcats cheerleaders were shocked by the game going into overtime.

Lets try this again fellows.  Overtime in the Crosstown, what a game!

A young Bearcat fans bites his nails as the game is ready to head into overtime.  While the game didn't end with a Bearcats victory, this fan will remember his crosstown experience for many years to come.

But in the end they saw their team go down in a hard fought game against their hated rival Xavier.  These two Bearcat fans should thank their parents for allowing them to miss their bedtime and to see such a great game.

By the end of the game Coach Andy Kennedy had seen enough of the officials lack of calls against Xavier.  While not saying so in his press conference, Kennedy knows his team didn't get it's share of chances at the line.
