Peter Carriere is a prospect Bearcat Insider has been talking about for about a month. On Wednesday he became more then just a thread on our ever growing message boards; he became one of the newest members of the Bearcats Class of 2006.

Has led the teams on which he has played to conference championships in each of the past four seasons...helped St. Leonard Collegiate, coached by Tony laduluca, to a 10-1 record and a league title in 2005...recorded seven interceptions, 27 tackles, a sack and two pass breakups...also blocked two punts...No. 3-ranked football prospect and No.1 rated defensive back in Canada, according to a Top 30 ranking in each of the previous three seasons...led Cegep Vieux- Montreal, coached by Marc Sasnterre, to a 32-2 record and three league crowns over the previous three seasons.
