Mathews stands 6- 2, weighs 219 pounds, and runs a 4.6 forty, but just as important, he seems as interested in Cincinnati as Cincinnati is in him. "My decision will involve the environment. Some people like to get away from the old environment and some don't. I'm up for anything, but the only reason I wouldn't go to Cincinnati was if I want a new environment."
Some Ohio kids dream of playing in the Big Ten, but Jeremy is different. "I don't pay attention to the conference things. It really doesn't matter to me. I just want to play football."

As a member of Princeton's football team, Jeremy has the experience of playing on Nippert's Field Turf in past high school games and recalled the positive and negative. "It was a good experience, but it was also hot. It's hotter than grass, but it's got a nice cushion to it."
