The 6' 3"/287 pounder talked about his exciting week. "I went to Indiana's camp this Saturday. They offered during lunch at the camp. The D-line coach, my recruiting coach and Coach Lynch (interim head coach) came in and talked to me and my parents. They said they were offering me as a defensive lineman, and they weren't going to stop until they got me to commit. I really liked it. They gave us a tour of the campus, and it was all very exciting."
The Wyoming Cowboy started the week at Cincinnati's camp and was disappointed he didn't walk away with an offer from the Bearcats. "They never offered. It was kind of shocking to me. I was the best thing at that camp. I was dominating on both sides of the ball. I thought they would offer, but I guess not." Black's cousin is Bearcat offensive lineman Khalil El-Amin.
Sandwiched between the weekend visits to Cincinnati and Indiana was a trip to Kings High School for the Ohio University camp. "After my camp on Wednesday at Ohio, they offered too."
As if those camps weren't enough, Larry also squeezed in a trip to West Virginia. "I went to West Virginia on Sunday, but they said they wanted to see me during the season."
After an intensive eight days of college camping, Larry is now ready to focus on other priorities. "I'm done with camps. I want to get back in the weight room with my team and get the team chemistry back up. I want to win some games at Wyoming this year."
