Hudson A Bearcat

While he doesn't get much talk, Jorian Hudson is a player college coaches have been watching. He'll now head to Cincinnati.

As an All-GCL second team defensive back, Jorian Hudson has always been right on the brink of some big things. This past weekend he made the choice to join his Roger Bacon (Cincinnati/Ohio) High School teammate with a pledge to be a Bearcats according to Lakota West tight end Alex Smith.

The first time Bearcat Insider saw Cincinnati (Ohio) Roger Bacon defensive back Jorian Hudson he was on the sidelines not able to play during the early part of his sophomore season. While he didn't do anything on the field coaches and teammates were talking about his abilities and what was ahead.

As a junior Hudson started showing why so many were high on him as he played quarterback, wide receiver and defensive back during the year. Overall Hudson would pass for 106 yards while rushing for 539 yards in six games. He'd also pull down 16 receptions for 178 yards and a touchdown as Roger Bacon posted a 4-6 record in the GCL Central.

But don't let stats tell you the story on Hudson. While his stats are on the offensive side of the ball, his future will be on defense as a member of the Bearcats program.

Bearcat Insider will have more with Jorian about his verbal commitment soon.
