Despite being twins Terry and Terrence so different on and off the field. Terry is a 6-foot-3, 265-pound defensive lineman who is seeing his stock rise since coaches learned of his growth since last season. Terrence is a 5-foot-9, 170-pound cover corner with great speed and cover abilities.
Terry wouldn't speak for his brother who was away at a track meet but you could tell the brothers have serious interest in the Bearcats.
"I've not really had a chance to visit Cincinnati like my brother. He's gone to a couple of games and been able to see more about the program. Cincinnati was one of the schools on my list before they offered me so I'm very excited about being offered."
But don't think Terry is ready to close up shop.
"Right now I know Cincinnati is a program on the rise that is going to be very good. Right now our plan is to check things out at several schools before making any moves or making a verbal commitment to any college."
Were the twins surprised by the Bearcats offer? "I was very surprised and I know Terrence was also surprised because we've not really had a chance to talk with the coaches. Terrence has been too busy with track to really talk with the coaches." Right now Terry holds offers from Michigan State, Michigan, Toledo, Ohio, Wisconsin and the Bearcats with Terrence right on his heels.
One person very excited about the offer was Terry and Terrence's mother.
"Our mother was very glad about the offers because the school is close and we've both have been offered scholarships."
Bearcat Insider will continue to follow the path traveled by Terry and Terrence Talbott during the rest on the recruiting process.
