Young Prospects Take In Bearcats Victory

While several Bearcats recruiting targets made their way to Nippert Stadium for Saturday's game against Fresno State, it was those in the Class of 2011 and 2012 that really turned Bearcat Insiders head. Who were some of the top underclassmen that took in the game? Take a look.

While there is still space in the Class of 2010 for guys like Matt James and Miles Simpson, the Bearcats have already jumped ahead and started to work on the members of the Class of 2011 and 2012. Here are a few of the top targets at the game.

Eilar Hardy – CB

Pickerington Central HS

Pickerington, Ohio

Hardy enjoyed his game visit and Bearcat Insider spoke with him on Sunday night about his visit. A 4-star prospect for the Class of 2011, Hardy already holds offers from UC, Maryland and West Virginia. Make sure to read Eilar's thoughts about the visit in another story.

Cole Stoudt – QB

Dublin Coffman HS

Dublin, Ohio

While Braxton Miller is the biggest target on the Bearcats recruiting map for the Class of 2011 it's Stoudt that turned the Bearcats coaches head and earned an offer that he's looking hard at. The son of former NFL quarterback Cliff Stoudt has turned several heads over the past few months and will be a big target for the Bearcats staff. Brian Kelly may be the right guy for the job according to Cole and his father. Not sure if those around Cliff knew much about his son but they wanted to see his Super Bowl ring.

Jarrett Grace – LB/DE

Colerain HS

Cincinnati, Ohio

Grace is buying into the Bearcats success and told Bearcat Insider on Saturday he could really see himself wearing the Red & Black down the road. With the ties to the Colerain program, Grace knows the success other former Cardinals have enjoyed as Bearcats. He also has seen the Bearcats defense play the way he's hoping to play when he's in college. While Grace doesn't get a lot of talk he's a major talent and one of Ohio's top prospects.

Travion Durham – RB

Colerain HS

Cincinnati, Ohio

Durham is a major prospect and while he plays fullback for Colerain he's a big-time running back prospect with great size and athletic ability. He was digging the grove of what he was seeing and whiles it's early he knows the Bearcats have yet to find the running back to really grab the reins.

Tyler Williams – Athlete

Colerain HS

Cincinnati, Ohio

Williams has jets but lacks the size you really want from a player at the D-I level. Because of his speed he has a chance to see the Bearcats take a hard look but knows it will take a special team to look beyond his size and see the whole package. Can the Bearcats take another play of Williams's size? That will have to be answered at a later date.

Joe Bolden – LB

Colerain HS

Cincinnati, Ohio

Remember you heard it hear first as Joe Bolden is more than just the son of Colerain High School's athletic director. This kid is one of the best high school linebackers I've watched the past several years. Bolden reminds me of a bigger version of J.K. Schaffer and will be a major target for the Class of 2012.

Donavon Clark – OG

Finneytown HS

Cincinnati, Ohio

Clark is a player many like. Some question if he's a future defensive lineman or offensive lineman but I see him along the OL. Clark is a very good athlete with the ability to move his feet and use his physical build to win battles in the trenches. According to his father Clark will be attending several Bearcat games this season and could be looking to be another of a long and growing line of prospects to stay at home.
