Updates from Friday night

Several of Clemson's commitments and remaining prospects in the 2011 class put up big numbers on Friday night.

WR Sammy Watkins - The five-star target 4 catches for 155 yards and a pair of touchdowns on receptions of 60 and 67 yards.

LB Travis Hughes - Hughes rushed for 209 yards and 3 touchdowns. He also had 9 tackles and a sack.

LB Kris Frost - Clemson's recruiting Frost as a linebacker, but a few other schools are looking at him to play wide receiver. He had close to 50 yards receiving and a touchdown. On defense, Frost forced two fumbles 6 tackles.

QB Morgan Roberts - In Charlotte Country Day's 42-14 win over Ravenscroft, Roberts rushed 10 times for 70 yards and completed 7 of 14 passes for 99 yards and a touchdown. He also rushed for a 1-yard score.

WR Stanton Seckinger - The Clemson grey-shirt offer had 10 catches for 176 yards and 2 touchdowns.

RB Marlin Lane - In his first game since injuring his knee last season, Lane rushed 14 times for 29 yards. He told Michael Lewis with The Daytona Beach News-Journal, "It felt pretty good out there. I took a few hits and it felt fine. It's tough that we lost, but you know, that's life. You've got a 50-50 chance every time we go out there."

RB Mike Bellamy - Clemson's second running back in the class of 2011 had another big night. He rushed for 270 yards on 13 carries and scored 5 touchdowns.

WR Charone Peake - Clemson's future wide receiver scored his first touchdown of the season, a 12-yard catch. He finished with 8 for 139 yards.

WR Adam Humphries - The other Dorman wide receiver who's headed to Clemson rushed for 3 touchdowns.

S Cortez Davis - The future Clemson defensive back finished with 7 catches for 91 yards and a pair of touchdowns in Mainland's loss on Friday night.

TE Eric MacLain - The four-star had a catch for 20 yards along with 7 tackles and a punt for 54 yards.
