South Carolina Super Seven
Shaq Anthony – 6-4/275 – OT – Wren
Shrine Bowl Report: Anthony has gotten bigger and stronger over the last year and he is off to a good start at the Shrine Bowl. His best day was Tuesday when he had some very nice seal blocks, he held his blocks well, and he showed good mobility. He has a chance to be a good tackle for the Tigers on the next level.
Recruiting: Committed to Clemson.

Jadeveon Clowney – 6-5/245 – DE – South Pointe
Shrine Bowl Report: Clowney did not participate on day two due to a sore ankle, but he did enough damage on day one and his presence alone on the practice field on day two place him on his list. He is really unstoppable on the football field. He is one of those prospects you just don't see very often on the high school level and he showed his dominance on Monday. He is so explosive off the ball that OLs had a hard time getting a hand on him, much less stopping him. When he goes one on one, it is no contest.
Recruiting: Alabama, Auburn, Florida State, LSU, Ohio State, and South Carolina are schools he still lists.

Shamier Jeffery – 6-2/180 – WR – Calhoun County
Shrine Bowl Report: Jeffery has really looked sharp over the first couple of days. I really like how he comes back to the football and doesn't sit there waiting for it to get to him. He has caught the ball well with his hands away from his body and shown the ability to make quick adjustments on the ball as well.
Recruiting: Committed to South Carolina.

Julius Pendergrass – 5-10/173 – S – Chester
Shrine Bowl Report: Pendergrass has been one of the surprises for me this week. He is a very tough football player with great ball skills and a nose for the football in the secondary. He also worked some at running back in the morning practice as well and showed good agility and quickness there.
Recruiting: Arkansas and Kentucky have offered and he is considering each one, but more schools could enter the mix as we close in on Signing Day.

Brandon Shell – 6-6/290 – OT – Goose Creek
Shrine Bowl Report: Shell has a home at right tackle and he owns that position. He played there at Goose Creek and he is staying there at the Shrine Bowl. He really gets in and out of his stance well, he has very good flexibility, and he has the size coaches across the country covet at his position. He has been good in both run blocking and pass protection situations this week.

Recruiting: Committed to South Carolina.

Dexter Staley – 6-2/220 – LB – Williston-Elko
Shrine Bowl Report: Staley is a very athletic linebacker that moves around in space well, but his biggest strength is attacking the football. He gets to the ball quickly, he delivers some pop when he makes the tackle, and he's shown good instincts early this week. He has his opponent looking for him each play because they know he is looking to lay a lick on them.
Recruiting: Likely headed for Junior College.

Lateek Townsend – 6-2/207 – LB – Marlboro County
Shrine Bowl Report: What is evident about Townsend is that he loves to initiate contact. He has looked for any opportunity to hit someone this week and when the opportunity presents itself, he really explodes through the opponent. He is only going to get bigger too because he has the frame to add a good bit of weight on the next level.
Recruiting: He claims to be wide open, but it likely comes down to Clemson and South Carolina in the end. Top Stories
