ATLANTA, Ga. - One of the top junior linebackers in Georgia plans to take his time on the recruiting trail over the next several months.

CUTigers caught up with Buford High School outside linebacker Dillon Lee before he played in the inaugural Junior Bowl earlier this month.

"I'm open to everybody. I'm sitting back and waiting until next year's signing day," he said. "I still have to sit down and decide with my parents. I still have to visit schools the rest of this year and all through next year."

Lee's yet to cut down his list.

"It's no one specific yet. I haven't narrowed it down. We just got done with our season, and then the holidays. Now, I'm playing basketball. I'm not rushing into anything," he said.

Clemson's one of several offers already to his name. Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina and Miami are among his tenders.

Along with a trip to Clemson, Lee also visited Auburn, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida and Alabama during the fall.

"It was really nice. I liked it a lot," he said of the visit to Tigertown. "They have nice facilities. I like the game atmosphere there. I plan to go back. It was a 12 o'clock game. All the coaches were rushed, so I didn't get to talk to many people."

This month, he plans to visit Florida State and Alabama.

Lee finished his junior season with 84 tackles, nine sacks, five interceptions—two were returned for touchdowns. Top Stories
