WR Cordrea Tankersley Profile
Silver Bluff High School junior Cordrea Tankersley arrived to Clemson around 9:30 Saturday morning with his mom, dad, younger sister and older brother.
He shared a few thoughts with CUTigers.com about that visit with Swinney and the rest of his trip.
"We talked about the recruiting process, my interest in Clemson," Tankersley said. "All that stuff."
What else did he do on Saturday's visit?
"We saw Vickery Hall, we saw hey they did program, the routine of how they do," he said.
Was there anything that stood out the most?
"The coaches," Tankersley said. "The academics stood out to me. The coaching staff is very serious about what they do. They don't show any strange side and no favoritism. They always have a game plan."
The Scout.com four-star wide receiver claims, who's being recruited by Clemson as an athlete, has two offers—Clemson and South Carolina.
The Tigers offered first before the Gamecocks offered him on his birthday last year.
Tankersley said he does not favor one school over the other.
He finished his junior season with 1,500 yards rushing, 900 passing and 24 total touchdowns.
