Brent Freeman is another top cover guy out of Georgia who figures to be a major player in the recruiting process this year.

"Right now, everyone is recruiting me at cornerback, that's where I fit in at the next level," said Freeman. "I'm getting mail from pretty much everywhere, including Clemson, Vanderbilt, Duke, Georgia Tech, Tennessee, Maryland, Maryland, N.C. State, and Kentucky."

In terms of the Tigers, offensive line coach Ron West has been Freeman's main recruiter.

"The coaches at Clemson are great, and I really like the atmosphere up there. They've been one of the schools that have really recruited me the hardest since the beginning," added Freeman.

The junior standout recorded 69 tackles, 9 passes broken up last season to go along with and 3 interceptions from his cornerback position.

Freeman has already decided to camp at both Clemson and Georgia Tech this summer, with several more possibly in the works. He also attended junior days at 4 schools, including Clemson, Tennessee, Colorado and Georgia Tech.

"I'm looking foward to getting up to Clemson this summer and I'm looking forward to becoming a better football player during my senior year," the junior added.

Freeman also projects as a full qualifier with a GPA over 3.5 and the necessary test score.
