Bowden to appear on The Score

Former Clemson head coach Tommy Bowden will be on The Score Friday to talk about his time at Clemson, his new television gig this fall and much more.

Former Clemson head coach Tommy Bowden has agreed to his first true radio interview since leaving Clemson on Oct. 13, 2008 in the first hour of The Score Sports Talk Show Friday at noon.

Join CUTigers publisher Roy Philpott, WYFF 4 sports anchor Marc Dopher and Ben Milstead as they talk with Coach Bowden about a variety of topics - including his time at Clemson, his new job on television with Raycom and much more.

Clemson fans can listen around the state on 103.1 FM (Anderson), 910 AM (Spartanburg), 1450 AM (Charleston) or 1410 AM (Clinton) from noon to 2 PM.

Tommy Bowden coached at Clemson for more than nine seasons, finishing with a career record of 72-45 overall, and 43-32 in the ACC.

He resigned in the middle of the 2008 season, turning the reigns over to current head coach Dabo Swinney.
