A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Calloway received his Bachelor of Science in Health Education from the University of Florida in 2000. Following his graduation, Calloway was an intern with the WNBA's Orlando Miracle from May 2000 until August 2000, when he was named an assistant strength coach with the NBA's Orlando Magic.
In May of 2001, Calloway was named the head strength and conditioning coach for the Orlando Miracle. While in Orlando, he was also employed for private training by Pro Sports and Fitness, Inc.
Calloway is a certified USA Weight Lifting Club Coach and is also a member of the National Parachute Association.
