C Blaise Mbargorba Profile
Blaise Mbargorba, a senior at The Peddie School in Highstown, N.J., has several other offers to go along with Clemson. Vanderbilt, Temple, St. Joe's, West Virginia, Northwestern, Virginia Tech, Cincinnati, SMU, Charlotte and Columbia are also in the mix.
CUTigers.com recently caught up with the 7-foot, 210-pound three-star.
"I know they play in the ACC. They're a pretty good team and they play against some pretty good competition," he said about Clemson. "I've watched them play on TV."
When asked about his interest in Clemson, Mbargorba said, "It's a good school. It's a pretty solid program."
The Scout.com No. 27 center in the class of 2012 has a timeline for a decision, but he's in no hurry.
"I'm taking my time a little bit. I'm trying to enjoy my summer a little bit and then see in two weeks," he said. "Then, I will narrow things down."
Three factors will be kept in mind as the decision nears.
"Academics, a good basketball program and third overall, the most important thing to me, is the people," Mbargorba said.
His only campus visit was an unofficial trip to Temple.
