SC Back Adds Clemson Offer

One of the top running backs from the Palmetto State is Rafael Little from Anderson's T.L. Hanna High School. Little, 5-11 and 195 pounds, runs in the 4.4 range and he rushed for over 1,000 yards and scored 37 touchdowns as a junior.

"I guess my best attributes are speed and toughness," Little said. "I can lower the shoulder and run with power and shake and bake and make a move. So I guess I have a good combination of speed and power. I can catch and block when asked too."

According to Little, he has scholarship offers from South Carolina, Clemson, Auburn, Kentucky and Tennessee. For now those are also the schools he likes.

"They are and I am wide open. I am looking for an offense that likes to run the ball so the schemes are important. I don't mind red-shirting but I would like to play a little early."

This summer Rafael will attend camps at South Carolina and Kentucky and he has already been to one NIKE camp. He also projects as a full qualifier.

While publically Little has yet to go on record with a clear cut favorite, both Kentucky and South Carolina have been mentioned by him several times early in the recruiting process.

Little has been a workhorse in the weight room, getting his bench press up to 245 and his squat to over 500 pounds. He has also been timed in the 40 right under 4.45 seconds.

In addition to be an outstanding rusher, Little also excels as a receiver out of the backfield. Last year he caught 27 passes for 532 yards and 8 touchdowns. We will continue to keep you updated on Rafael Little, right up through signing day. Top Stories
