Forest Hills High School
Marshville, North Carolina

"I like N.C. State, North Carolina, Virginia, Virginia Tech, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Clemson," says the 6-foot-5, 305 pounder of his leaders, all of which have offered. "My top-three would be N.C. State, North Carolina, and Virginia."

Rumors are circulating that the Wolfpack is the clear leader for Hall, but how true is that rumor?

"They are close."

Marque is now up to 14 offers according to his head coach John Lowery.

"I firmly believe that he'll play on Sundays," Coach Lowery said of Hall. "He has all the physical tools and he's got a whole year of high school left. And if he works hard, he's got a chance to be a great player."

"The biggest thing about him is that he can run so well," Coach Lowery continued. "Those kids are few and far between. Guys his size can't normally run as well as he can and that's what separates him from other players."

Hall was the defensive player of the year in his conference as a junior, and was named to his All-Conference team each of the last three seasons.

Football is not the only sport in which Hall excels. He is also the reigning state champion in both the shot put and the discus, and is interested in participating in track and field in college as well as football.

Clemson assistant coach Mike O'Cain is recruiting Hall for the Tigers. We will continue to keep you updated on this fine defensive lineman, right up through signing day.
