Sources told CUTigers earlier Wednesday evening former Gaffney wide receiver Joe Craig has played his last down at Clemson and has been dismissed permanently from the team.
Craig was suspended last summer after a May incident involving a female track athlete.
His suspension also carried over through the first three games of the 2011 season.
Craig did not see the field as a true freshman but did play sparingly last year after his return to the team.
Sources tell CUTigers he was involved in another incident, which ultimately led to his dismissal.
