Cullen Harper is one of the top quarterbacks in the state of Georgia in 2003. He plays in a wing-t offense at Sequoyah High School, but he is proving his worth as a passer on the camp circuit. Already he has been to summer camps already at MTSU, Auburn, Wake Forest, and most recently Clemson.

While in Tiger Town, Harper spoke with assistant coaches Ron West and Mike O'Cain, as well as head coach Tommy Bowden.

Additionall, he has picked up offers from MTSU and Clemson, and Auburn appears to be close as well.

Harper will travel to Tennessee and Georgia Tech this week to work out, and Georgia is still a team that will factor into his decision. Harper's father Jeff played on the National Championship team at Georgia. He lined up next to current Auburn offensive coordinator Hugh Nall on the offensive line.

Despite the family ties to Georgia and Auburn, three teams appear to be in the lead: Clemson, Georgia, and Auburn, with Georgia Tech, Tennessee, and Wake Forest still in the hunt as well. Harper's stock will continue to rise as he tours more camps this summer, and he will be a participant in the Elite 11 workout in Las Vegas on June 27th and 28th.

As Harper makes the rounds this summer, he is going to have more scholarships to choose from, and he would like to make a decision before the end of the summer.
