McIntosh's updated offer list includes Clemson, Miami, Florida State, Florida, North Carolina, Auburn, Michigan, Michigan State among others. Over the next month McIntosh plans to narrow the list down to a top 5. Clemson, Auburn, Miami and Michigan appear to be recruiting McIntosh the hardest at this point.

So what factors will influence his decision?

"I will look at playing time and the coaching staff. I want to feel comfortable with the situation. I am looking for a good football city with a large crowd on Saturday's." McIntosh plans to major in communication or sports management.

The speedy receiver began his summer camp tour at Clemson for the one day camp and came away very impressed.

"I had a lot of fun. I got to meet coach Swinney for the first time. He showed me a lot of things. I also got to meet with coach Bowden. I was impressed with the plans for the west end zone. I got to see the drawings. I also liked the new academic center. I asked about the rock. To tell you the truth I had a lot of fun at that camp." McIntosh has also camped at LSU and Auburn already this summer.

Coach Swinney has made a good impression on McIntosh so far. "He just called on Thursday night. I like the fact that he is my recruiter and would also be my position coach."

"I like the Clemson campus. I also like the stadium. It's a great place to be with all the fans."

Of course, fellow Jackonsville native, Rod Gardner is McIntosh's favorite Tiger of all time. We will continue to keep you posted on this outstanding receiver from Florida, right up through signing day 2004. Top Stories
