Hall Keeping Things Wide Open

The number one player in Virginia has plenty of offers, and he is well aware of his ranking, but which school has the inside track to gain his services in 2004? Miller Safrit has the latest.

"I really don't know. I have not had time to research where I want to go, but the in-state schools probably have the inside edge," says the 6-foot-4, 240 pound Robinson (VA) defensive end Olu Hall. "They are my go-to schools because I have been there to check them out."

Hall admits that could change as he visits more schools, but the other teams on his list include Clemson, Syracuse, Boston College, Wake Forest, and North Carolina, all of which have offered.

"The only camp I am trying to go to is the Tennessee camp, and I am not sure when I will visit the other schools."

Last season, Hall says he did well considering he nearly tore his MCL, but is ready for a strong senior season.

Olu wants to major in architecture and possible look harder at a "technical school". We will continue to keep you updated on Olu Hall, right up through signing day 2004.
