Harper has received offers from Clemson, Middle Tennessee State, and Duke.

Harper attended the South Carolina one-day camp on Saturday and put on an impressive display, but will it earn him an offer from the Gamecocks?

"It went pretty well. I liked it a lot, the facilities were really nice, the coaches seemed to be very nice, and it seems like a great place to play football."

So did Harper's performance earn him an official offer from the Gamecock coaches? "They said they were probably going to offer, but will definitely would know by the end of this week," Harper stated.

South Carolina's camp has definitely caught his attention, because they are among his top four at this time. "Right now, Georgia, Auburn, Clemson, and South Carolina, not in any order," Harper said.

Harper plans to make a decision before his senior season. Things could change quickly if Georgia offers Harper; his Father played for their National Championship team.

Harper spoke about his plans for the rest of the summer. "I go to the ELITE 11 this weekend, Georgia on he 12th and then Auburn on the 19th."
