Clemson offers Texas A&M commit

Cedar Hill wide receiver Quincy Adeboyejo has been committed to Texas A&M since March. Still, other programs continue to chase. He picked up a Clemson offer on Thursday.

From the Tigers of Clemson, following offensive coordinator Chad Morris' visit to the school.

Adeboyejo had a chance to speak with Morris over the phone.

"He really didn't say much other than that I'm fast and run great routes. He watched my film and loved it. He said that I have a chance to come and make an immediate impact like Sammy Watkins did… He wants me to come up for a game."

Clemson joins Texas A&M, Texas Tech, Houston and SMU on the athletic 6-foot-3, 175-pounder's offer list.

Adeboyejo noted, "Texas Tech wants me really bad. I talk to them every day."

Red Raiders laid an offer down last week. A few others could follow lead.

"Arkansas really likes me and may be close to offering. Coach Peoples came by earlier today. Colorado and California have also shown interest."

Adeboyejo reports he is still committed to Texas A&M, but does have an interest in making a couple visits this summer or fall. Top Stories
