Virginia Tech, Duke, Clemson and Marshall have also been through the school this month. Brooks made his stop on Monday.

"He came to see us and gave us some camp information. He wants us to come to camp," Adams told CUTigers earlier this week.

Brooks also checked up on linebacker Javion Duncan, guard Malik Young and running back Julius Evans.

Adams, a 5-foot-10, 170-pound prospect, will camp at Clemson, Duke and Virginia Tech this summer.

North Carolina and Wake Forest have also expressed early interest.

"I'm still waiting on my first offer, but I'm hoping that comes soon," he said.

As a sophomore, he had 43 tackles (31 solo tackles), four pass breakups and two interceptions.
