Hobby visited the school to check in on safety Trae Bonner. Clemson has made an early impression on the rising junior.
"I like their facilities. I was always a big fan of Clemson. I don't know why. I just like Clemson," he told CUTigers in a recent interview.
In April, Bonner visited Tigertown for the Orange and White spring game.
"When I visited there, the coaches, they give you a lot of respect. I just like the fans. It's a very good school," he said.
Georgia Tech, Virginia Tech, Tennessee and Florida are among the schools that sent coaches by Luella.
The 5-foot-11, 175-pound prospect has also visited Georgia Tech. He hopes to camp at Clemson and Florida this summer.
As a junior, Bonner had 46 carries for 319 Rushing Yards three touchdowns. He returned nine kicks for 232 yards and a score.
On the defensive side of the ball, he recorded 48 Tackles and five pass breakups.
