OT Maverick Morris Profile
The 6-foot-5, 280-pound offensive tackle from Coffee County High School in Douglas, Ga. last visited Clemson for the inaugural All In Cookout.
"It was nice. I got to see a little bit more of the campus and everything," he said. "Some of the players that are already there told me about their experiences, how they liked it, how they get around, places to be. It was nice."
He added, "They were just telling me about the coaches and how great they were, about the program."
Morris was joined by his mom and dad, both of whom were making their first trip to Tigertown.
"They loved it," he said.
The three-star prospect is playing his senior season under Buddy Nobles, the father of former Clemson tight end Kasey Nobles.
Scout.com ranks Morris as the No. 85 offensive tackle in the class of 2013.
"I'm not sure when I'll get back up [to Clemson], but I'm going to go for a game," Morris said.
