The nation's top 2013 defensive tackle has made it clear that his mother will play a big role in his decision, so any school hoping to land him must impress her as well.
Before Saturday, only Florida and Auburn had hosted both Montravius Adams and his mother. She was able to visit Georgia with him for the Ole Miss game and he says she had a great time.
"She was saying she liked it, she said it was about the best place she had been so far," Adams said.
"(She said) it was good sitting down and getting to talk to the coaches who would be with me for four years."
Adams said his mother's input is a vital part of his decision-making process.
"She knows who good people are," he said.
While visiting Georgia, Adams spent plenty of time with the coaching staff and continued to build those relationships.
"I probably spent most of my time with either Coach Richt or Coach Garner," he said.
"I have a great relationship with all of them."
"They just told me that they want me to come in an play early and what I would be playing."
On Adams' last visit to Athens, Georgia beat Tennessee 51-44 and he was a little underwhelmed with the Bulldogs' defense. This time around, the Bulldogs topped the Rebels 37-10 and Adams was much more impressed.
"They looked pretty good, Ole Miss only scored a touchdown once and had one field goal," he said.
Adams isn't sure yet where he'll visit next, but he says it will either be Clemson for the Maryland game or Auburn for the Georgia game.
