WR Tavin Richardson Profile
The 6-foot-4, 210-pound prospect recently caught up with CUTigers to discuss the visit.
"I watched them practice [and] then we took a tour. I went to the weight room. We went to the team meeting room, and then we met with our position coaches," Richardson said.
Clemson wide receivers coach Jeff Scott let Richardson know he's welcome to come back in the not too distant future.
"He just told me to keep working and how I could come back to the spring game, and I'm welcome to any football games this year," Richardson said.
What stood out on Junior Day?
"Practice, it was very intense. It was like our practices are at Byrnes."
Richardson is scheduled to visit Maryland later this spring during his break. The Terps, his first offer, came through with the tender last month.
"It was exciting when I found out," Richardson said. "It's motivating me to keep working hard."
Richardson finished his sophomore season with 38 catches for 549 yards and six touchdowns.
