Djambo commits to Clemson

Brad Brownell added a third member to the 2013 signing class late Monday night when JUCO forward Ibrahim Djambo pulled the trigger and committed to Clemson.

Djambo, who took his official visit to Clemson earlier this month, also considered Saint Louis, Southern Miss, Loyola-Chicago and Southern Illinois.

In 25 games [21 starts] this season with Three Rivers Community College, he averaged 18 points, 9.3 rebounds and 1.5 blocks per game.

A 6-foot-10, 205-pound power forward, Djambo hails from Mali. After spending the last two years at Three Rivers, Djambo will have two years of eligibility left to play at Clemson.
